Simply Appalling
The most appalling company I’ve ever dealt with, shocking response times, never answer the question, no tie ring structure to escalate complaints 0/10. It’s astonishing that England Rugby have not fired this outfit and got a grip of the situation but presumably they’re content exploiting the public in every way possible whilst paying themselves outrageous salaries. Dire!

Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company. Their returns policy is extremely hard to use and their 14 day refund policy a complete sham. I have contacted them multiple times, sent proof of return (which was expensive at £7.15) and they still haven't refunded my money over a month after they confirmed receipt. When you contact them they ask for the same evidence again. I have never had such a horrendous experience.

Worst possible customer service I have…
Worst possible customer service I have ever known. Do not offer exchanges so had to order another size. Still waiting three weeks for a refund and telling me another week. Phone operators horrendous. Please do not order unless you have to you may not yet your money back

Order not received and England Store not responding to emails
I ordered a top and was told it was coming on the 7th January. I waited in, no knock or doorbell and then received an email stating delivered 2:15, nothing. There is no photo proof it came to my door. I have emailed customer service three times with no reply back. I telephoned and he said he would come back in 48 hours - He did not. I paid £4.50 for that phone call plus £25.00 for the top with nothing to show. Reading the reviews I am not the only one that had been treated like this.

Very bad service!!!

Ordered something on 06.12.22, arrived nearly 3 weeks late, paid a total of £14 in postage and returns and still not received a refund. Cant get an answer out of customer service, avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered some bits and pieces for my husband for Christmas on 5th. Still not received anything. The tracking service says it's out for delivery, but it's been like this for 2 weeks now. I wish I could give zero stars, since I really don't know whether I will ever get the items I ordered.

ZERO STARS - So afters month of battling finally got my refund for a England shirt ordered on the 30th November, and this was only through PayPal. England store ignored my emails for the past 3 weeks, parcel stated despatched after I ordered. I waited and waited and waited, then parcel stated processing after 3 weeks again. Nightmare online merchant, do not ever order from here. They take your money and run.

Recommend - Aways order through PayPal they have refund policy and keep you updated.

Ordered shirts and a kit on 4th Dec and got an email on 7th Dec to confirm the order had been shipped. I’ve heard nothing since. I phoned to complain and to see where my parcel was but the person I spoke to was useless (as was the automated service before her). I was told I couldn’t speak to a manager and that I’d need to email them and then they’d call me within 24 hours. I’m still waiting over a week later. I’ve sent 2 emails and not had a response to either. I’ve spent £140 with this company and have nothing for it. When will I get my goods or a refund? Poor service from a terrible company. Stay away!!!

Ordered shorts and sent a shirt. Tried to arrange a return but after me rejecting an offer to keep the items with a 10% discount, they have ignored my next 2 emails over the last 2 weeks. Also now stuck on hold with their customer service.

Sent a Large Men's instead of a Large…
Sent a Large Men's instead of a Large Youth Football Shirt.
They requested that I send pictures etc, which I did and now after several chase up emails, I'm being ignored. It's not rocket science to realise what's happened and how it can be rectified
Absolute crap customer service and it seems they've switched off their phones too. Disgraceful.

Do not even entertain these clowns can not stress enough DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE MUPPETS!!!! England shirt had numbers in wrong places front and back and name was peeling of within hours please save your money making it as hard as possible to return and offering 10% discount if I keep it jokers surprised they have not been shut down would never buy anything from them ever again customer service is poo aswell

2. I waited 20 min for custom help, they answered the phone, and cut it. Noone helped me. Gone 3 weeks and noone is helping me and i havent got my kit yet.

I came on here to state how poor my service was
I came on here to state how poor my experience is - ordered top for next day delivery turns up a week later.

Emailed three times no response and want to return due to not delivered in time and they want to charge me a further £7 for the privilege.

They don't deliver in time forcing you to source elsewhere ands they have the cheek to charge you to return their mistake!

There is NOTHING professional about this shambolic company and that is compounded by the use of Evri who are as incompetent!

Use at your peril - you are just throwing your money down the drain

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE
I placed the order about 3 weeks ago, and it said that both items shipped a few days after the order was placed. However, I have still not received the items. I received updates saying that both items were delivered (they were not). The tracking that was provided has not updated, so that is completely useless. Every time I try to chat with a representative, it says that no one is available but will be back shortly..... that's a lie. I'm very upset with my experience here.

If you can order from a different shop
If you can order from a different shop, I would. Order placed 2 weeks ago and Evri have clearly lost the order as there have been no updates in over a week - I’ve had other deliveries by Evri since then with no issues.
There is no way of contacting them, it’s all automated so most likely just chucked £60 away. Awful service
